Wanda Nash

Wanda Marie Nash passed away Monday, August 15, 2022.  She was born in Kansas City, Kansas on December 2, 1962 the daughter of George and Mary Major Nash.  She graduated from Prairie View High School.  Marie worked for many years in the food service department at Swan Manor Nursing Home in La Cygne.  She was an avid reader, and talented painter and crafter.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Terry Nash, and a sister, Denise Nash.  Marie is survived by four brothers, Jeremy, Keith, David and Jackie Nash, four sisters, Brenda Nash, Alice Warren, Kathy Querry, and Amanda Nash, nieces nephews extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, La Cygne Chapel.  Contributions are suggested to the family to defray expenses or to the Ronald McDonald House.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
