Tommie Eugene Sands, 63, of Sugar Valley Lakes died at his home on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Tommie was born June 7, 1953 in Kansas City, Kansas to William H. and Velma (Uttinger) Sands. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by one sister, Effie Tate of Kansas City, KS. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements: Schneider Funeral Home, Pleasanton Chapel.
