Theresa L. Smith, age 45, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She was born July 4, 1972 in Excelsior Springs, Missouri the daughter of James and Judy O''Dell Melton. She married Jerry D. Smith Jr. on November 9, 2009. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Dustin Wykeet and Codi Fields, her mother, Judy Sears, and two sisters, Cindy Goodele and Kim Allen. Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Visitation will be from 1 pm to service time at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. The family suggests contributions to The Smith Family in care of Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory P.O. Box 525 Pleasanton, KS 66075.
