Thelma Eaves

Thelma Eaves, age 67 of Pleasanton, Kansas died Wednesday May 27, 2009 at Mercy Health Center at Fort Scott, Kansas. She was born on May 28, 1941 at Pleasanton, Kansas the daughter of Ben and Eva Culbertson Avey. She was married to Harry Eaves who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by a Brother Bennie Avey. Survivors include one son; Donnie Kemp of Dexter, Kansas, two daughters; Rita Widmer of Arcadia, Kansas, and Bonnie Mangrum of Arkansas City, Kansas, one brother; Butch Avey, four sisters; Mae Boyd, Goldie Strader, Gladys Turner, and Eva Kelly, eight grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Memorial Services for Thelma Eaves will be held at 10:00 am Saturday May 30, 2009 at the Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home in Pleasanton, Kansas.
