Tammy Lee Stuteville-Elam, age 43, of Lacygne, Kansas died Monday February 15, 2010. She was born on May 1, 1966 at Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Bernie and Judy Willett Stuteville, who survive of LaCygne. She is also survived by a daughter Summer Guzman of LaCygne, a step daughter Nicki Elam of Shell Knob, Missouri, a step son Jacob Elam of LaCygne, two brothers, Bobby Salas of LaCygne and Bernie Stuteville of Overland Park, Kansas, a sister, Mary Torrence of Eudora, Kansas, two grandchildren, Kyleigh Guzman and Bradon Yeager. She was preceded in death by two infant sons, Joshua McCullough and Jason Stuteville. Cremation. A visitation will be held 6 to 8 PM Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Maple Hill Funeral Home in Kansas City, Kansas.
