Shirley Ann McCullough, age 70, Ft. Scott, Kansas passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at her home. She was born on March 18, 1946 at Marshall, Missouri the daughter of Edgar and Mary Ballenger French. She worked as a psychologist for the State of Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Jim. She is survived by one son, Wayne Roscher, four step sons, Royce and David Miller, and Jason and Justin McCullough, and several step grandchildren. Graveside funeral service will be held 2 pm Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the Salem Cemetery, Foster, Missouri. Contributions can be made to help with funeral expenses to Schneider Funeral Home, P.O.
