Roy Gillespie

Roy Dean Gillespie, 48, of Pleasanton, Kansas, went to meet the Lord on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. He was born January 14, 1960 in Ridgeway, Missouri, the son of Darryl and Sharion Baker Gillespie. He was employed as a computer systems troubleshooter for LD&B and had worked for Black & Veatch and had also managed a Diamond Shamrock Station in Texas. Survivors include his parents, Darryl & Sharion Gillespie of Pleasanton, Kansas; two brothers, Darryl Gene Gillespie Sr. and Ruthie and Donald Gillespie and Marie, all of Pleasanton, Kansas; one nephew, Darryl Gene Gillespie Jr.and Jennifer and one great niece, Trysta Gillespie. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 27, 2008 at the Presbyterian Church, Pleasanton, Kansas. Visitation will be from 10:00 until service time at the church. Contributions are suggested to the Roy D. Gillespie Memorial Fund. Interment will be in the Pleasanton Cemetery. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.coffelschneider.com.
