Robert Patrick "Pat" Wilson, age 71 of Mound City, Kansas passed away Sunday, July 14th, 2013 at his home. He was born on October 10th, 1941 in Mound City, Kansas the son of Raymond and Gladys Wilson. Pat attended the University of Kansas, later moving to California working in the shipyards and vineyards, he also spent time in Alaska and Rolla, Missouri. In the later years Pat relocated back to Mound City. He loved KU basketball, The Doors, Jeopardy, playing pool, playing cards, reading and most of all telling stories. He was a wealth of information whether it was a new fact he had discovered reading or something that he had seen on TV. Pat never forgot anything and would not let anyone else forget either. Pat made a lasting impression on everyone that he met. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a brother, Richard Wilson and wife of Rolla, Missouri and their family along with many dear friends that he had made throughout his life. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, July 19th, 2013 at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Mound City, KS.
