Rita Moylan

Rita Ernestine Moylan, age 71, LaCygne, Kansas passed away Monday December 31, 2012. She was born on October 9, 1941 at Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Jay and Margaret Davis Beach. She married Thomas Moylan on June 10, 1961 at St Louis Parish in Kansas City. Rita was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, the Altar Society, and Militia Immaculata, She also was a Catechism Teacher, a member of the Lanky Corner Ladies, Miami County Cloggers, and was involved with Meals on Wheels. She was preceded in death by a son Joseph, daughter Maureen, grand daughter, Abrianna, brother, Gerald Beach, and two sisters, Frances Ragle and Catherine Beach. She is survived by her husband, Tom of the home, four sons: Ernie Moylan and Susan, Luke Moylan and Rhonda, Stephen Moylan and Tara, and Tommy Moylan and Rachel; three daughters: Rita Anne Noel and Frankie, Cathy Flake and Joe, and Mary Heide and Leon; one brother, Mike Beach, two sisters, Delores Anderson and Betty Jo Parsons, fourteen grandchildren: Jill, Joe, Rachel, Eric and Sean Noel, Adrianne Goode, Angela Patterson, Brandon, Bronson, Bailee, Mollie, Carter, and Katelyn Moylan, and Liza Heide; eight great grandchildren: Leila and Lincoln Driver, Charleigh Noel, Willa Moylan, Gabriel and Tyler Goode, Jayden and Ashton Patterson. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Saturday January 5, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Mound City, Kansas. Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Rosary 5 PM Friday Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel, Visitation following to 7 PM. The family suggests contributions to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
