He is survived by a daughter Jamie Pappas of the New England Area, his Mother Carolyn Mitchell-Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri and his father Harold Lee Johnson of Pleasanton, Kansas and many aunts, uncles and cousins all over the United States of America.
