Richard Cox

Richard Lavon "Rick" Cox, 52, of Pleasanton, Kansas, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Miami County Medical Center, Paola, Kansas. He was born April 13, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Robert and Virginia Staton Cox. Rick was employed as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his mother, one brother, Johnny Cox and one sister, Deanna Rousch. Survivors include his father Robert Cox & wife, Estelle of Fort Scott, Kansas; one daughter, April Dillon of Pleasanton, Kansas; three brothers, Danny Cox of Warsaw, Missouri, Robert S. Cox of Kingsville, Missouri and Russell Cox of Pleasanton, Kansas; two sisters, Laura Wilson and Virginia "Sis" Hodges, both of Pleasanton, Kansas. Rick was cremated.
