Richard Paul "Chick" Clarrey, 62, Mapleton, Kansas passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at his home. Richard was born on December 1, 1957 to Judith(Graziosi) and Stephen Clarrey Sr. He lived most of his life in Edwardsville, Kansas. He graduated from Bonner Springs High School in the Class of 1975. After graduation, he worked as a mechanic until 1993 when he moved south to Mound City, KS living with his father for nine years. In 2002, he found his little piece of heaven, three acres in Mapleton, KS where he lived out the rest of his life. While living down south, Richard was employed by Wes's Recycling in Centerville, KS until his health failed. Richard has now taken his final journey up to heaven where he will meet his mother and father and find the everlasting peace he so deserves. Richard is survived by a daughter, Natasha Tanner, two grandchildren, Austin Strutten and Paige Ledbetter, three brothers, Stephen Clarrey Jr., Michael(Joyce) Clarrey, and John Clarrey, two sisters, Susan Barton, and Julia(Ronnie) Ingram and many nieces and nephews. Chick our brother, gone but not forgotten, until we meet again!
