Relda Adams

Relda Mae Adams, age 92 of Yucaipa, California formerly of Pleasanton , Kansas passed away on February 8, 2014. She was born in Stanford, Kentucky on January 27, 1922 the daughter of George and Dellie Farris Gilpin. She worked as a homemaker, most recently for the Wonder Valley Dude Ranch in Squaw Valley, Calilfornia. She married John Theodore Adams and shared sixty years of marriage. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a two sons, Billy and Randall Goens, a daughter, Julie, brother George, and two sisters, Audrey and Loraine. She is survived by two sons, Frank Goens and John Alex Adams and families, seven daughters: Leona Adams, Paula Snavely, Wanda Holland, Sylvia Kea, Louise "Ruby" Terry, Janet Loper and Janita Banks, and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Funeral service was held 2 PM Monday February 17, 2014 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial of Relda along with her husband's cremated remains was in the Rockville Cemetery. Visitation was held from 1 PM to service time at the Chapel.
