Phyllis J. Hosler, age 83, of Blue Mound, Kansas passed away on Saturday August 24, 2013. She was born at Heartwell, Nebraska on May 14, 1930 the daughter of Archie and Clara Schumann Moon. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Ida Mae Edmonds. She is survived by two brothers, Archie Moon and Darrell Moon, one sister Donna Raetz, and other extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held 2 PM Saturday August 31, 2013 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel. Burial in the Sunny Slope Cemetery, Blue Mound, Kansas. Contributions are suggested the Shriner's Childrens Hospital or Mirza Transportation Fund. On line condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
