Peggy Feris

Peggy June Feris, 63, of Pleasanton, Kansas died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Willow Lane Nursing Home, Butler, Missouri. She was born November 26, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Forrest and Juanita Padelli Dillon. Peggy owned Papa John's BBQ in Pleasanton, Kansas and later worked as Department manager of the bakery and deli at Target. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother, Juanita Dillon, two sons, Danny Feris of Hume, Missouri and Michael Feris of Orange County, California; one daughter, Misti Feris of Mound City, Kansas, one brother Charles Dillon; one sister, Patsy Goucher and four grandchildren; Luke and Sarah Feris and Brooklyn and Heath McQueen. As per her wishes, Peggy was cremated. A memorial gathering will be held from 3-5 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Pleasanton, Kansas. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
