Pauline "Sis" Boswell, age 84 of Olathe, Kansas, formerly of LaCygne, Kansas passed away Saturday, April 9, 2005 at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kansas. She was born April 16, 1920 in LaCygne, Kansas, the daughter of Dana Eli McClanahan and Lucille Pauline McCarty Boswell. She married Chester Boswell on September 22, 1934 in Paola, Kansas. They shared 57 years together before his death on October 27, 1991. She was the owner and operator of Boswell's House of Fabric in LaCygne for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church, a contributor to the Arts & Crafts Fair, known as the "Linn County Doll Maker". She moved to Olathe to live with her daughter after her health failed. She is survived by a son, Jerry Boswell and wife, Wanda of LaCygne, Kansas; a daughter, Shirley Ann Conner of Olathe, Kansas, 5 grandchildren, Cindy Salinas, Jenny Lynn Conner, Ed Boswell, Jerry Boswell Jr., and Terry Bosell Sr. 13 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester, 2 brothers, Charles and Irwin McClanahan and a grandchild, Sharon "Sid" Tipp on April 3, 2005.
