Nana New

Nana Jo New, age 56, of Pleasanton, Kansas passed away at her residence on March 27, 2015. She was born August 22, 1958 at Grayling, Michigan the daughter of James and Lila Aldrich Carr. She married Michael New on July 18, 2005. Nana Jo was a member of the Liberty Worship Center in Pleasanton, Kansas. She enjoyed her 2 faithful companions, Annabelle and Maggie, gardening, sitting around the fire pit, swimming, going to garage sales and flea markets, fishing and reading. She is survived by her husband, her pets, a daughter by choice Manon, two sisters, Cheryl Carr and Cathy Smith, two brothers, Wesley Carr and wife Linda, and Norman Carr, two nieces, Lilie and Ellie, three nephews, Steven, Christopher and Phillip. A Celebration of Life will be held beginning at noon on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Shalom Ministries, 12985 County Road 1095 Mound City, Kansas.
