Mary Laudan

Mary Virginia Laudan, age 84, a former Linn County resident, passed away Saturday November 24, 2012 at the Presbyterian Manor in Kansas City, Kansas. She was born February 21, 1928 at Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of John Curtis and Bessie May Huffman Walters. She worked at nursing homes providing housekeeping and care. She was preceded in death a son Johnny Laudan, an infant daughter, Wendy, and a brother James Walters. She is survived by a son Lawrence Kirch, three daughters: Jawana Kirch, Connie Kirch, and Kathy McMurray, a brother Don Walters, two sisters, Alida Renz and Betty Dutcher, and several grandchildren. Graveside Funeral Service will be 2:30 PM Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Green Valley Cemetery near Pleasanton, Kansas. Friends and family may gather at 1:30 PM Monday at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel before departing for the cemetery.
