Martha May Stokes age 90 of Prescott, Kansas died Sunday September 23, 2012 at the Prescott Country View Nursing Home. She was born on September 17, 1922 at Hinckley, Maine the daughter of Einor and Lucille Quincy Zahl. She graduated from Good Will High School in Hinckley, Maine. She worked as a Nutritionist for several hospitals. She was a member of the Hinckley Grange #539, and the Daughters of American Revolution. Martha was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Quincy and Ambrose Wintle, and one sister, Louise Gifford. She is survived by two sons; Dennis Greene of Sidney Maine, and Ronnie Greene of Dennison, Texas, a Daughter of Sandra Stokes of Centerville, Kansas and several grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday September 29, 2012 at the Joy Cemetery in Clinton, Maine. Arrangements: Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory Mound City Chapel.
