Mark Roudebush

Mark Alan Roudebush, 50, of Linn Valley, Kansas, formerly of Trading Post, Kansas died Monday, February 11, 2008 at the Miami County Medical Center, Paola, Kansas. He was born May 8, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Bobby Jay and Audrey Liestman Roudebush. He worked for Tri-Ko in Osawatomie, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Jay Roudebush and step-father, L. Ray Culbertson. Mark loved sports. He played basketball, softball and enjoyed bowling with his brothers. He played on teams with Tri-Ko in the Special Olympics and won many medals. He was an avid fan of NASCAR driver, Mark Martin. Survivors include his mother, Audrey Culbertson of Linn Valley, Kansas; his brothers, George M. and Jeffery D. Roudebush, of Linn Valley, Kansas and Lynn D. and Joan James of Kansas City, Missouri; his sister, Brenda G. Fruit of LaCygne, Kansas; step-brothers, Kenneth Ray and Dan Culbertson; step-sisters, Gloria Culbertson, Betty Schubert and Freida Hierholzer and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Pleasanton, Kansas. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Contributions are suggested to Tri-Ko. Interment will be in the Mulberry Cemetery.
