Lucas Owen

Lucas Daniel Owen, age 25, Mound City, Kansas passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on October 1, 1990 the son of Edward and Denise Wiehe Owen. He was currently employed in grain bin construction. Lucas loved his family and dirt track racing. He even built his own cars and motors. He was a talented craftsman and mechanic. He is survived by his wife Heather Holloway Owen, two sons, Daimon and Daison Owen, three sisters: Christy Burk, Estell Owen and Ashley Owen, and eleven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Cremation will follow visitation.
