LLOD "JACK" BOWMAN Lloyd Laverne "Jack" Bowman, age 79, of Centerville, Kansas, died Sunday, August 5, 2007, at the Life Care Center of Osawatomie Kansas. He was born March 2, 1928 in Centerville, Kansas, the son of Charles and Clora King Bowman. He was self employed as a farmer He married Norma Jo Henry and to this union two children were born. He was preceded by his parents, one brother. Frankie Bowman, and a daughter in-law, Deb Bowman. Survivors include one son Rick Bowman of Mound City Kansas, One Daughter, Cheryl Merriman and Boyd of Branson Missouri, Grandchildren Angela Cummings and Daniel, Derrick Bowman and Rachel, Blake Bowman, Justin, Travis and Chelsea Merriman and great grandchildren, Kaden and Koye Cummings and Hunter Bowman. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 8, at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Mound City, Kansas. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at the Chapel. Contributions are suggested to Jack Bowman Memorial. Interment will be in the Centerville Cemetery.
