Juanita "Peg" Stewart Finland, age 91, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. She was born on July 23, 1921 at Earle, Arkansas the daughter of Gray and Clara Madden Sullivan Dulin. She worked in marketing and sales with General Electric, was a promotional representative with the Memphis Better Business Bureau, and retired as office manager from Linn Valley Lakes. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray Finland and sister Geneva Cain. She is survived by a son William Hall and wife Sharon of Glens Falls, New York, a daughter Sharon Hogue and husband Michael of Ellicott City, Maryland, five grandchildren: Kimberly Somelofske of Rotterdam, New York, Deborah Hall of Glens Falls, William Hall and Michelle of Glens Falls, Amy Towers and Michael of Queensbury, New York and Kimmerly Finland Simon and Frederick of San Leandro, California; and six great grandchildren: Brittany Somelofske, Alexandria and William Hall, Nolan Towers, and Frederick and Fionn Simon, and caregiver and friend, Rose Miller . Funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial in the Pleasanton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to service at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Scleroderma Foundation or the Pleasanton Residencies Activity Fund.
