Joseph Michael LaChapelle, 84, of Mound City, passed away on February 26, 2013 at the Mound City, Kansas. he was born on December 8,1928 in White Earth, Minnesota the son of Phillip and Myrtle Bebeau Lachapelle. Joe donated his body to science and private services will be held at a later date.
