Joan Bell Graves, 73, of Mound City, Kansas passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2014. She was born on August 7, 1940 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Vernon Smothers and Rowena Penry. She married Joe Graves, Jr. on February 23, 1961. She is survived by her husband Joe, a daughter Tina Manns and two sisters LaVern Cole and Carolee O'Brien.
