Jane Millard

Jane Annette Millard, age 87, Overland Park, Kansas passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021.  She was born on December 15, 1933 in Emporia, Kansas the daughter of Murl Alfred and Thelma Cloene Miller Goff.  She received a Bachelor's in Education from Emporia State Teacher's College.  She taught school for a period of time and later worked at the Jones Store Metcalf South Location.  Jane was a member of the Church of the Resurrection and PEO.  She enjoyed gardening, traveling, shopping, decorating her home and a good glass of wine.  She was preceded in death by a son, Thad, and two brothers, Harold and Dennis Goff.  Jane is survived by a daughter, Tracy Owens(Dennis) and four grandchildren, Audrey, Davis, Zach and Brooke.

Graveside funeral service will be 1 pm January 20, 2021 at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.  Contributions to the American Cancer Society.  Jane will lie in state 9 am to 4 pm January 19 at the Schneider Funeral Home, Pleasanton, Kansas Chapel.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
