Hazel Pauline Miller On March 7, 2011, Hazel Pauline Pritchett Miller of Hutchinson, Kansas formerly of LaCygne,Kansas,age 95,our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born February 3, 1916 in Prescott, KS to Richard Benjamin Joseph and Mary Lee Minnie Boyd Pritchett. She married the love of her life, Cleve Thurman Miller on Saint Patrick's Day, March 17, 1938. Together they raised their four children on a farm east of LaCygne, KS. Hazel is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cleve; her brothers, Harry, Lawrence, Walter and Jess Pritchett; and her sisters, Marie Pritchett Queen, and Lavina Pritchett Robinson Moody. She is survived by her children, Thurman (Grace) Miller, Reserve, KS, Theron (Jeryn) Miller, Shawnee, KS, Judith Miller Lindsey, Hutchinson, KS and Jerry (Teri) Miller, Livingston, TX.; 7 grandchildren and 14 precious great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home in LaCygne, KS. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in LaCygne. In lieu of flowers, Memorials Gifts may be given to the LaCygne Library, or Hospice of Reno County in care of Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home, PO Box 304, LaCygne, KS 66040. Hazel's family would like to express their gratitude and extend their heartfelt thanks to all of her Hospice care providers, especially Susie and Brenda.
