Hayden Williamson Good, was born June 11, 1906 to Al and Wlla Williamson at Parker, Kansas. She died July 23, 2007 at Prescott Country View Nursing Home, Prescott, Kansas. She graduated from Washburn University in 1930. She taught school in the Mound City grade school and high schools for several years and also was county Superintendent of schools in Linn County. Hayden married Ralph Good from Merwin, Missouri, in 1932. He preceded her in death in 1979. She was preceded in death also by her parents and sisters, Dorothy and Marjorie. Survivors include two sons, Bill Good and wife, Donna of Nevada, Missouri and Bob Good and wife, Candy of Iola, Kansas; two daughters, Jeanne Stark and husband, Donald of Pleasanton, Kansas and Janice Waltmire and husband, Harvalee of Fulton, Kansas; fourteen grandchildren and twenty nine great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and a niece, Virginia. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 27, 2007 at the West Point Cemetery, Amsterdam, Missouri. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, prior to service time at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Pleasanton, Kansas. Contributions are suggested to charity of choice.
