Harry Waldmer

Harry Waldmer, 85, of Aurora, Missouri, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Cox Medical Center, Springfield, Missouri. He was born March 10, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Jacob and Mary Russul Waldmer. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy in submarine duty. Harry worked for IBM as a computer technician prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Edwin and Herman Waldmer, and a nephew Herman Waldmer Jr. Survivors include a sister in-law; Dorothy Waldmer, three nephews; John Waldmer, Michael Waldmer, and Bruce Waldme and a niece; Pamela Waldmer. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Mound City, Kansas. Inurnment will be in the Curry Cemetery, Mound City, Kansas.
