Greg Haupt

Greg Leon Haupt, age 57, LaCygne, Kansas passed away on Sunday May 26, 2013 at his home. He was born on December 9, 1955 at Butler, Missouri the son of Robert Earl and Betty Joan Scott Haupt. He graduated from Prairie View High School Class of 1973 and attended Northeast Oklahoma at Miami. He married Kelly Wagner on August 11, 1978. To this union, two children were born, a son Kyle Haupt and wife Michelle of Ottawa, Kansas, and a daughter Brooke Browning and husband David of LaCygne. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Quinn and Carter Browning, his mother, Joan Haupt, three brothers: Steve Haupt and wife Carolyn, Mark Haupt and wife Pam and Brad Haupt and wife Nancy, mother and father in law, Dee and Don Wagner, brother and sisters in law, Dean Wagner and wife Patti, Julie Hutchison and husband Mike, and Michaela Darling and husband Adam. Greg was preceded in death by his father Robert. He was a member of the LaCygne Christian Church, and LaCygne Masonic Lodge AFandAM #61. A memorial service will be held 7 PM Wednesday May 29, 2013 at the LaCygne Christian Church. Visitation will follow the service.
