Gary Driskell

Gary Edward Driskell, 68, of Gardner, Kansas, formerly of LaCygne, Kansas, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Kansas City, Missouri. He was born November 6, 1943 in Paola, Kansas, the son of Clarence E. and Gail E. Litson Driskell. He graduated from LaCygne Rural High School in 1961 and was a graduate of the University of Kansas. He married Jeannie Royer on June 19, 1965. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Jeannie of the home; two sons; Matthew Driskell and Susan of Wellsville, Kansas and Mark Driskell and Lori of Paola, Kansas; one brother, David Driskell of Stilwell, Kansas and three grandchildren, Morgan, Blake and Cade. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Friday at the chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Gary Driskell Memorial Fund.
