Frances Lee Hanan, 62, of Mound City, Kansas, died Friday, December 21, 2007 at American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, Kansas City, Missouri. She was born December 28, 1944 in LaGrange Arkansas. She married Alfred Hanan on September 19, 1962 at Kansas City, Kansas. She retired from Boeing and she and her husband RV'd for several years before moving to Sugar Valley in Mound City. She attended the First Baptist Church in Mound City and was a member of the Good Sams Camper Club. She was preceded in death by five brothers. Survivors include her husband, Alfred Hanan of Mound City, Kansas; one son, Timothy Hanan & Melanie, Chicago, Illinois; four brothers, Lafayette Simpson and Leland Simpson, both of LaGrange, Arkansas, Franklin Ray of Kansas City, Kansas and Bobby Ray of Little Rock, Arkansas and two grandchildren, Ayden and Abbigail. Funeral services will held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 27, 2007 at the First Baptist Church, Mound City, Kansas. Contributions are suggested to Wayside Waifs.
