Flo Masoner

Flo Maxine Masoner, age 90, of Mound City, Kansas died Tuesday April 13, 2010 at Prescott Country View in Prescott, Kansas. She was born March 2, 1920 at Blue Mound, Kansas the daughter of Lester Marion and Rose Cassida Krull. She graduated from Blue Mound High School. She was married to William James "Bill" Masoner on November 2, 1940 at Nevada, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1994. Also preceding her was a daughter Mary Sue Smith, a granddaughter Kristin Kay Masoner, five brothers, Lonnie, Eugene, Bert, Russell and Charles "Cap" Krull, and a sister Anna DeMott. She is survived by a son Charles Marion Masoner and Linda of Olathe, Kansas, one daughter Doris Anne Nation and Ron of Mound City, one brother Lloyd Krull of Kansas City, Missouri, two sisters, Ethel Carmin of Portland, Oregon and Edna Gorman of Prescott, Kansas, six grandchildren, Troy, Michelle, Eric, Cherie, Sarah and Ashlee and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Thursday April 15, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Mound City. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery, Mound City. Friends may greet the family from 10 AM until service at the church. The family suggests contributions to the First Baptist Church.
