Edward Kjose

Edward John "Ed" Kjose, age 57, LaCygne, KS passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012. He was born on March 29, 1955 at Akron, Iowa the son of Eldean and Phyllis Girard Kjose. He was a member the Operating Engineers Union Local #101. He was employed with APAC and more recently with Elite Tree Service. While living in Elk Point, South Dakota Ed worked as a police officer and was a volunteer firefighter. He married Kimberly Guillaume. Ed enjoyed stock car racing and riding his motorcycle. His biggest passions were helping others and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Kimberly of the home, one son Kyle Kjose, a grandson, Tegan Kjose, a sister, Sharlene Schuldt, and three brothers: Bill, Eugene, and Russell Kjose. A Memorial Service will be held 2 PM Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel. Visitation will be held form 1 PM to service time at the Chapel.
