Devon Morris

Devon Michell Morris, age 20, LaCygne, Kansas passed away on Monday May 20, 2013 as the result of an ATV accident. She was born on December 8, 1992 at Olathe, Kansas the daughter of Daniel and Donna Lanzrath Morris. She graduated from Prairie View High School Class of 2011. She enjoyed playing basketball while in high school. She was currently attending Pittsburg State University majoring in Recreation/Wellness. Devon loved children and animals, riding 4 wheelers, and spending time with friends. She was blessed to have a large extended family that was a big part of her life. These aunts, uncles and cousins survive her. She is also survived by her father and mother, Danny and Donna Morris of LaCygne, and maternal grandparents John and Irmina Lanzrath. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Babe and Joetha Morris. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday May 24, 2013 at the Prairie View Performing Arts Center. Burial will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel.
