Daryl Jones

Daryl Dean Jones, age 75, Mound City, Kansas died Friday November 25, 2011 at the Allen County Hospital in Iola, Kansas. He was born on June 6, 1936 at Kansas City, Missouri the son of Daniel R. and Margaret Herren Jones. He worked as a laborer in the construction industry. Daryl was preceded in death by a sister, Danice Bigelow. He is survived by four brothers: David, Johnny, Wayne and Michael Jones, and three sisters: Carol Martin, Linda Johnson, and Nancy Fairchild. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday November 29, 2011 at the Schneider Funeral Home, Mound City Chapel. Burial will follow in the Colbert Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM until service time at the Schneider Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Hope Lodge or Hospice Care of Kansas, c/o Schneider Funeral Home, Box J, Mound City, Kansas 66056. Arrangements: Schneider Funeral Home, Mound City.
