Darrell White

Darrell White, 51, of LaCygne, Kansas, died Monday, April 2, 2007 at his home. He was born August 19, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Charles and Shirley Lairson White. He married Nancy Querry in 1976 in Oklahoma. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator with Ron Weers Construction. He was a member of the Christian Church, LaCygne, Kansas. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Lynn White; a brother, Michael White, who died in infancy and a sister, Theresa Patterson. Survivors include his wife, Nancy of the home; his father and step-mother, Charles and Emma White of Pleasanton, Kansas; three sons, Matthew Wayne, Andrew Allan and Simeon Ray White, all of LaCygne, Kansas, one daughter, Elizabeth Evonne White of LaCygne, one brother, Clint White of Pleasanton, Kansas; two sisters, Kathy Reed of Grandview, Missouri and Laura Matthews of Texas; three step-brothers, Tom Lewis of Pleasanton, Kansas, Tim Lewis of Belton, Missouri and Ted Lewis of New York; two step-sisters, Lorena May of Girard, Kansas and Linda Shaw of Iola, Kansas and a grandson, Ryan Wayne White. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Cadmus Cemtery, Fontana, Kansas. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, LaCygne, Kansas. Arrangements: Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home, LaCygne, Kansas.
