Danny William Capp, 50, of Lacygne, Kansas, died Sunday, December 25, 2005 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas. He was born April 13, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Clifford and Bonnie Austin Capp. He graduated from Prairie View High School in 1973. He worked as an operator at Kansas City Power and Light Generating Station at LaCygne. He married Daisy Kitchell on June 27, 1985 at Miami, Oklahoma. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge AF&AM #61 at LaCygne, IBEW Local #412, the LaCygne Jaycee's. He coached baseball and softball for twenty plus years, and he loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half sister, Kathy. He is survived by his wife, Daisy and son, Tommy of the home, a step-daughter, Lora Chase of Thomasville, Georgia; one brother, Earl Capp & wife, Vicki of Mapleton, Kansas; sister, Vanda Good and husband, Steve of Shell Knob, Missouri; granddaughter, Laynee Nicole Chase and a "grandson on the way", William Robert Marcus Mccoy, a host of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Services were held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 29, 2005 at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Pleasanton. Visitation will be Tuesday 7-8 PM, at the chapel. Contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association. Interment will be in Pleasanton Cemetery.
