Curtis Heide

Curtis L. (Curt) Heide, age 74, LaCygne, Kansas died Wednesday June 6, 2012 at Miami County Medical Center. He was born on November 9, 1937 at Jeanette, Pennsylvania the son of Curtis E. and Ruth Kepple Heide. Curt had schooling Open Bible College, enjoyed playing fast pitch softball, and attended Cross Point Assembly of God. Family and work ethic were very important to Curt. Curt is survived by his wife, Pat, whom he spent forty-seven years with, three sons, Curt D. Heide of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Leon Heide and Mary of LaCygne, Kansas, and Brad Heide and Jenny of LaCygne, a daughter, Darla Christensen of LaCygne, a sister Evelyn Spiker of Council Bluffs and six grandchildren: Amanda, Katelyn, Brett, Maci, Liza, and Brock. Memorial service will be held 11 AM Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM, Friday June 8, at the LaCygne Chapel.
