Carrie L. Klee, age 34, of Lincoln, Nebraska and formerly of Beatrice and Steele City, Nebraska died on Friday December 14, 2007 at the Ambassador in Lincoln. She was born on July 31, 1973 at Fairbury, Nebraska and attended Fairbury Elementary and Fairbury Junior High Schools. She graduated from Beatrice High School in 1991 where she had been a trainer for BHS Lady Orange Volleyball. She was a veteran of the Gulf War serving in the United States Air Force from 1991 until her retirement in 1997. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Steele City, Nebraska. She is survived by her mother Linda Klee of Mound City, Kansas, father, Henry Klee of Endicott, Nebraska, two brothers William Timothy Klee and wife Carol Lisa of Blue Springs, Nebraska and Gregory Scott Klee and wife Cindy of Midwest City, Oklahoma, one sister, Mary Jo Bucher of Michigan, North Dakota, nine nieces and nephews, grandmother, Dorothy Klopfenstein of Mound City, Kansas, many aunts, uncles and relatives. She was preceded in death by her other grandparents. Graveside funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday December 18, 2007 at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Mound City, Kansas. Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 PM Monday December 17 at the Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home in Mound City. The family suggests contributions to the Nebraska ALS Association.
