Brandon is survived by his Mom and Dad, maternal grandmother Delores Spellman and husband Matt, maternal grandfather, Richard Moreno and wife Brenda, maternal great grandparents, Emma Moreno and Constance Howell, paternal grandfather, David Ross, paternal great grandparents Carol Barkley and Mary Ann Young.
