Billie Jean Turner, age 18, Mound City, Kansas died Saturday December 21, 2013. She was born on April 8, 1995 at Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Billy Turner and Carol Jean Hale. She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her father, Billy Turner, a daughter Graycie Jean Turner, a brother Matt Andrews, three sisters: Rena Cross, Jackie Andrews, and Christy Turner, boyfriend Dallas Ussery and paternal grandmother Sharon Turner, many other extended family and friends. Funeral service 12 noon Saturday December 28, 2013 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
