Betty Ernst

Betty June Ernst, age 80, of LaCygne, Kansas died Friday October 13, 2006 at the Life Care Center of Burlington, Kansas. She was born at Kansas City, Kansas on December 12, 1925 the daughter of Walter Roy and Grace Bonn Snyder Wise. She was a homemaker. She married Lawrence Henry Ernst on April 30, 1943 in Olathe, Kansas. He preceded her in death on June 18, 1998. She is survived by her three sons: Michael Henry Ernst of LaCygne, Benjamin Edward Ernst of Burlington, Kansas, and Lawrence Eugene Ernst of LaCygne, several grand and great grandchildren. Betty June has been cremated. A memorial graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Monday October 16, 2006 at the New Lancaster Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the LaCygne Library Building Fund. Arrangements: Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home, LaCygne, Kansas.
