Bayley Hanna Spillman, 16, of Pomona, Kansas died Wednesday September 13, 2006 at University of Kansas Medical Center as the result of an automobile accident. She was born June 23, 1990 at Fort Scott, Kansas the daughter of Kenny Spillman and Toni Prettyman. She was a student at Pomona High School in her junior year and involved in volleyball, basketball, track, softball, cheerleading and dance. She was an honor roll student and a member of FBLA, Future Business Leaders of America. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfathers: Russell Spillman and Don Signer. She is survived by her mother Toni Reece and husband Tim, father Kenny Spillman and wife Carlene; brothers Victor and Emerson Reece; and sisters: Hannah and Madison Beckman and Ali Jones. Grandparents Fred and Connie Prettyman, Vic and Dorothy Reece, Dee Spillman, Sue Signer and great grandmother Annabelle Prettyman. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday September 19, 2006 at the Grace Community Church, Overbrook, Kansas. Burial in the Appanoose Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 6 PM Sunday, Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Mound City, Kansas and 5 to 7 PM Monday at the Grace Community Church. Contributions to the Bayley Spillman Scholarship Fund.
