Barbara Morris

Barbara E. Morris, age 62, of LaCygne, Kansas died Monday August 31, 2009 at the Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kansas. She was born on March 4, 1947 at Centerville, Kansas the daughter of Earl and Daisy Pearson Self. She graduated from Mound City High School and married Frederick Morris on September 12, 1966. She is survived by her husband Frederick L. Morris Sr. of the home, her parents Earl and Daisy Self of Mound City, Kansas, one son Frederick L. Morris Jr. and wife Tammy of LaCygne, Kansas, one daughter Mary Thomas and husband Shannon of Pleasanton, Kansas, two brothers, Ed Self of Mound City, Kansas and Charles Self of Parker, Kansas, one sister Mary Simpson of Mound City, Kansas and four grandchildren: Jason and Bryan Morris and Joseph Kyle Decker. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday September 4, 2009 at the Goodrich Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home in LaCygne, Kansas.
