Barbara Dennis

Barbara Ann Dennis, age 60, Hume, Missouri passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022.  She was born on September 14, 1961 the daughter of Russell and Margaret Hannah Dennis.  She graduated from Hume High School.  Barbara was a member of the Hume Christian Church.  She enjoyed her coffee, making home made caramels, and listening to Roy D. Mercer with her grandson, Dane.  She had a special relationship with her friends at the Carpenter's Cup and Barbara Pruitt.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers, a sister, Sandy Dennis, and several aunts and uncles.  Barbara is survived by her significant other, Mark Hawks, a son, Eric Ramirez and wife Lynette, a daughter, Anna Schmid and husband Nicholas, a brother, Tom Dennis, two grandchildren, Dane and Micah, one on the way, a special cousin, Jimmy Kennedy, extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 am Friday April 1, 2022 at the Hume Christian Church.  Burial will be in the Hume Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Thursday, March 31 at the Church.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Barbara Dennis Memorial Fund, to defray funeral expenses.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
