Ardella Haman

Ardella T. Haman, 93, of Osawatomie, Kansas, formerly of Mound City, Kansas, died Thursday, September 11, 2008 at her home. She was born September 17, 1914 in Kouts, Indiana, the daughter of William and Dorothea Heimberg Haman. Ardella was a nutritionist and owned Ardella's Wellness Center in Osawatomie. She was a member of the Community of Christ Church and was an ordained minister. She was never married. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Roland Haman and two sisters, Joan Hambrock and Amy DeFries. She is survived by a sister, Wilma Edwards of Center Point, Indiana. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Mound City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday at the chapel. Contributions are suggested to the charity of choice. Interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery, Mound City, Kansas.
