Aileen S. Hall, 95, of Prescott, Kansas was born on January 30, 1914 and left us the same day, January 30, 2009. For the past three years, Aileen lived at Prescott Country View Nursing Home and the family wishes to express their deep appreciation for the loving care she was given by the staff. She was born in Kansas City, Kansas from the marriage of Franklin Sorber and Ollie Blowers. In 1938, she married Joseph L. Hall who preceded her in death in 1962. Her parents, three sisters, Corrine Dawson, Billie Hautzenrader and Beatrice Schulz also preceded her in death. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph F. Hall and Jenny, of Mound City, Kansas; two grandchildren, Andrea Beth Allen and her husband, John of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Joseph Howard Hall and his wife, Susan of Raytown, Missouri; two great granddaughters, Sydney E. Allen and Natalie G. Allen. Aileen had many artistic talents and a flair for writing and verse, as well as her beautiful porcelain dolls and needlework. She will be missed for her wit and smile and love of family. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at the First Presbyterian Church of Lee's Summit, Missouri, 1625 NW O'Brien, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081.
